Cosmic Render

I’m super excited to perform my new sound work at the next edition of COSMIC RENDER on 31st August at Next Door Records, 304 Uxbridge Road, London, W12 7LJ.

I’m going to present a piece I have been working on over the last couple of months, based on recordings I have made of the building I live in. The rumble of the Victoria line heard through vibrations in the elevator shaft, the creak of windows in the wind, accompanied by the rhythms of daily activities and the static melodies of electrical appliances. Followed by a re-interpretation of my Sonic Landscapes piece,

I’m honoured to be performing alongside two fantastic sound-makers. Haddow, who creates improvisations using handmade instruments, exploring space, texture and materiality. And for nika, whose sample-based rolling rumble minimal dub-techno set will lead us out to the end of the weekend.
